The Rolling Dolmade is a Noosa based catering business conceived in January 2006 when renowned local chefs Matt Golinski, Owen Exton and Tannille Maneylaws decided to pool their talents to provide a high quality personalised service to cater for events ranging from a dinner party for 2, to a wedding for 200.
In addition to catering, The Rolling Dolmade produces a range of Mezze based around locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, which are sold at The Noosa Farmers Market every Sunday.
Furthermore, we provide a home delivery service for people on the run who want great meals delivered to their door.
