The Rolling Dolmade Mezze Range is a concept, designed to make gourmet entertaining easy. Our products are based on traditional Middle Eastern style starters, using local, seasonal produce as the inspiration to create a constantly changing array of interesting treats.

Mezze, "to whet the appetite", is originally a Turkish word, but is used throughout the Middle East to describe a style of eating not unlike Italian antipasto and Spanish Tapas, which place an emphasis on the enjoyment of sharing food and conversation.
