The enjoyment food brings is the reason Tannille & Owen have devoted their young lifetimes to their craft. ‘It’s an obsession, can’t really think of anything else we would prefer to do! Our days not working are dedicated to research through entertaining friends, family and each other’.

Throughout our careers, we have cooked in some of Australia’s finest kitchens; The Parlour and Pantry in Beechworth, Fish Lips in Cairns, The Hotel Spencer, Donovans and The Stokehouse in Melbourne, Berardo’s, Ricky Ricardos and The Riverhouse of Noosa.
The accolades and achievements received have been impressive: national apprenticeship awards, Chefs Hats in the Age Good Food Guide, industry press, cooking for the A list to name a few.
